Plot:

Action of the film Box происходит в наши дни. Главный герой Костя — юный и талантливый футболист гоняет мяча с друзьями в коробке – дворовой футбольной площадке. Но однажды, когда друзья решили в очередной раз поиграть в футбол, то коробка оказалась занята кавказцами.

A conflict broke out that could have escalated into a fight, but one of the Caucasians, Damir, a professional football player, suggests resolving the issue peacefully – simply playing football. Then Kostya makes a counter-proposal: to hold not one match, but a tournament of several matches, the loser of which will have to leave the box forever.

In the first match, the Caucasians win, and then one of Kostya's friends brings his skinhead friends to the second match. The presence of such an aggressively-minded support group in the "stands" left no chance for the Caucasians, who understood how the game would end for them if they won.

Kostya understood this well, he did not need a victory at any cost, therefore, he insists on replaying the tournament. But Mel and his henchmen do not care about Kostya's football ambitions, they needed a reason to provoke another conflict with the Caucasians.

The tension around the box was growing and had already gone beyond the limits of a yard football match. Not only the football players and their parents, but the entire yard were drawn into the conflict.
