Narrative:

The action of the series "One against all" takes place in our time in the small resort town of Primorsk. The main character of the film is the head of the criminal investigation department of the Primorsky Internal Affairs Directorate, police lieutenant colonel Yegor Zhzhenov.

Over many years of work in the criminal investigation department of Primorsk, Zhzhenov, like no one else, understood the criminal situation in the city. He had good operational positions in the criminal world, therefore, his colleagues rightfully considered him indispensable in his position.

In addition, during his long service in the police, Zhzhenov realized that acting solely according to official instructions, you cannot defeat crime, therefore, his working methods were often far from the established rules.

However, Zhzhenov’s method worked, and thanks to it, order was restored in the city, so despite numerous complaints and denunciations, Zhzhenov’s superiors were forced to turn a blind eye to his “tricks.”

But one day, several resonant events took place in the city. First, a military weapons depot was robbed, then unknown masked men burst into a nightclub, where they shot several people with machine guns.

At first, Zhzhenov decided that the showdown was being staged by two competing criminal groups, but after talking to their leaders, Yegor became convinced that a third force had appeared in the city, which had decided to get its hands on the city’s most desirable asset – the seaport.

Having analyzed the events, Zhzhenov came to the conclusion that the chaos in the city began after the appointment of Colonel Ganetsky, who arrived in Primorsk from Moscow, to the post of head of the Internal Affairs Directorate. However, in trying to find out Ganetsky's role in the tragic events, Zhzhenov himself finds himself outside the law. His former friends and colleagues turn away from him.

Finding himself alone against everyone, any other person would simply give up, but Zhzhenov is not used to retreating and accepts the challenge...
