Narrative:

The action of the movie "Fox hunting" takes place in the early 80s. Factory worker Victor Belov, returning home from work in the evening, is attacked by hooligans who brutally beat him. In hot pursuit of the police manages to detain two attackers, one of whom turns out to be a minor Vladimir Belikov, and the other Komsomol activist of the plant Konstantin Strizhak.

The court took into account Strizhak's positive characteristics and social activities and gave him a suspended sentence, while his younger comrade Volodya Belikov was sent to an educational-labor colony for two years.

Belikov saw that at the trial Belikov tried to protect Strizhak, trying to take all the blame, so Belikov decided that the guy was probably bribed by Strizhak's parents, who even before the trial appealed to Belikov with a request to quiet the case.

Trying to find out, Belov visits Belikov in the colony, but their first conversation does not work out. However, Belov does not stop and comes to the colony again, that would reach the heart of this teenager, who, as Belov thought, can still succeed in life.
