The plot of the movie The Tale of the Human Heart:
During the complex medical procedure, the experienced doctor Krymov did not even suspect the future turn of fate. The operation ended successfully, and the patient Maya Olkhina quickly recovered. The woman was not only grateful for the rescue, but also showed personal interest in her attending doctor.
Some time later, when the specialist was on holiday in a resort town, Maya decided to visit him. She openly told him about her feelings. Such a confession was a complete surprise for Krymov, who always maintained a strict professional distance.
Initially, the doctor was skeptical about the budding relationship. His world was centered around scientific research and medical practice. Gradually, he began to notice that meetings with Maya brought unusual calm and pleasure. They became closer, and Krymov understood the significance of this woman.
Their views on love differed significantly. The professor, immersed in his work, was used to analyzing every step as rationally as possible. For him, romantic relationships were a secondary aspect of life. On the contrary, his companion considered heartfelt experiences to be the basis of human happiness, seeing in them the deep meaning of existence.
