Plot:

1979. Vladimir Vysotsky is at the peak of his popularity. At this time, he plays a lot in the theater, acts in films and tours not only around the country, but also around the near abroad. Such a busy schedule could not but affect the artist's health, and Vladimir Vysotsky increasingly complains of heart pain. In order to maintain "shape", the artist is forced to take morphine.

After undergoing an examination, Vysotsky receives a disappointing diagnosis: he is in a pre-infarction condition, his body is completely exhausted. Vysotsky faces a dilemma: either stop touring and begin treatment, or continue touring, risking that one fine day his heart will give out. Vysotsky chooses the latter and goes on tour to Uzbekistan.
But during the second concert, which was attended by the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU of Uzbekistan, Vysotsky became very ill and soon experienced clinical death...
