Plot:

The main character of the cartoon, former naval petty officer and now policeman Stepan Stepanov, whom the kids nicknamed: Uncle Styopa the policeman. The whole country knew Uncle Styopa, because he was unusually tall, a real giant. Of course, with such height, Uncle Styopa could have found any other job, but after serving in the army, he chose another service - in the police, because he considered it very important.

Helping people is the main duty of a policeman, and Uncle Styopa did this very well, for which he enjoyed the love and respect of the people, and was a real terror for hooligans and other violators...
