New Prostokvashino: Diet for Matroskin
The main and permanent letter carrier in the village of Prostokvashino delivers a parcel to Uncle Fedor, in which his parents give gifts for him and all his friends: Matroskin the cat, Sharik the dog, who live cheerfully in the village house.
The present was pajamas that fit Uncle Fyodor and Sharik, but Matroskin's pajamas were not big enough for him, who had grown quite fat on village food.
Matroskin is very upset that he can not wear pajamas and decided to urgently go on a diet, but it turned out that it is not easy....

The action takes place in our days, the cartoon characters actively use all the achievements of scientific progress: cell phone, computer, and the dog Sharik even started his blog on the Internet. The only trouble is that the lights in Prostokvashino were often cut off.
But most of all suffered Matroskin, who could lose his milk business, because without electricity the refrigerator did not work, and the milk quickly sour.
The friends decide to call Uncle Fyodor from the city, sending Gulchonka to fetch him by mail. To solve the problem with the light, the friends try to make a generator, using the new bicycle of the letter carrier Pechkin. But the bicycle could not withstand the load and broke down, then Uncle Fyodor's parents come to help the friends....

The rainy season has begun in the village, and every villager knows what it is. Depression is not only affecting people, but also animals.
