Plot of the series Nevsky Season 3 Stranger Among Strangers:

After being seriously wounded by his own police colleague, Pavel Semenov decides to resign from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. His best friend Alexey Fomin, a crime boss nicknamed "Foma", played a significant role in Semenov's difficult decision.

Fomin was now in charge of the central district and therefore he needed a man like Semenov. Reliable and experienced, so "Foma" offers Pavel to head his security service.
