International terrorist Charles Raine, suspected of several major terrorist attacks with human casualties, has been arrested in America. The London Underground bombing alone left more than fifty dead. For such "feats" Raine could only expect life imprisonment.
However, in many states in America, the death penalty was applied to criminals of this kind. Therefore, the FBI decides to shock Rein in Los Angeles, California.
In order to avoid unnecessary noise about the terrorist's transportation, they decided to transport him on a regular civilian flight accompanied by two FBI agents.
