Narrative:

The action of the movie "Midnight Man" takes place in our time in America. Student Alex dropped out of university to take care of her sick grandmother. One day the old lady asked Alex to bring her her silver mirror, which was stored in an old camping box in the attic.

At this time, her old friend Mels comes to Alex, and they go to the unfortunate attic to find her grandmother's mirror and sort out the old things. Here in the drawer, besides the silver mirror, there was a small box tied with a rope.

Mels wondered why his grandmother had allowed them to go to the attic, because when he and Alex had been little, the attic had been off-limits to them. Maybe it was the box, which probably contained some valuables? But when they opened the box, they were disappointed, because there was nothing else but a few candles, a pencil, old photos and a bloodstained letter.
