Narrative:
The action of the movie "Shuravi" takes place in the mid-80s of the last century. Shortly after his arrival in Afghanistan, Private Nikolai Morozov is captured by the mujahideen. A few days later, a correspondent of the British newspaper "Reuters" Edward Stough arrives in the kishlak, where the dushmans were stationed, and offers Nikolai to make a deal.
Morozov must report on camera that he himself has defected to the side of the rebels and declare his negative attitude to the USSR's participation in the war. In exchange, Staf promises Morozov life and freedom, otherwise a painful death awaits him.
There is not much choice, but Nikolai chooses the third option - escape. Despite the fact that the approaches to the village were mined, Nikolai manages to escape from captivity. He hurried to his men with important information, because in the conversation Staf mentioned that the mujahideen were going to seize the "Herat bridge"...

Какой-то сильно героический фильм для 1988 года.Тогда уже война в Афганстане была не популярной и осуждалась даже на верхах
