Narrative:

After Stalin's death, Nikita Khrushchev becomes the head of state, who at the 20th Party Congress exposes the personality cult of the former leader and condemns the mass repressions of the 30-50s of the last century. At the same time, Khrushchev gives not only hope for the suppression of repression in the future, but also promises a nourished and happy life under communism.

Repressions really stopped and the people finally felt the long-awaited freedom, but against the background of the decline in living standards, all these achievements of the 20th Congress were not very happy, therefore, in the early 60's, a wave of dissatisfaction with the policy of Khrushchev swept across the country.

One of the strongest popular revolts occurred in 1961 in Krasnodar, the capital of Kuban. An ordinary incident at the local market turned into a large-scale street protest, in the course of which the protesters seized the regional regional regional committee of the Party. An unheard-of emergency for those times.....
