Plot:

Action of the film The Trust That Burst takes place in the early 20th century, in the USA. The noble swindlers Andy Tucker and Jefferson Peters, who accidentally met during a chase, do not engage in the violent selection of valuables from citizens. Their method is humane, it is only necessary to create such conditions when people themselves will bring money and also thank the swindlers. In addition, each of them had their own cherished dream.

Andy dreamed of opening a library, and Peters dreamed of returning to his native state of Utah and meeting his school love. But to make a dream come true, money was needed, and the small provincial town of Wolf Mountain stood in the way of the gentlemen of fortune. Science, according to Tucker, said that if a person is a country bumpkin and a provincial by vocation, then he will be a fool, so the friends decided to take this town by boarding and mow a little greenery here.

Pleased with the dashing combination, the companions go to their hotel, but on the way they learn from the local newspaper the news about a learned pig stolen from the circus and a generous reward of five thousand dollars for its recovery.

Having bought up all the newspapers, the companions immediately look for the pig thief Ruf Tatam and ask him to sell them the stolen pig. Gritting his heart, Ruf agrees to give the pig only for five hundred dollars. Although this was the last money they had extorted from the mayor, the friends readily agree, but when they brought the pig to the circus, they were unpleasantly surprised by how cleverly the pig thief with a simple and stupid village face had cheated them.

But the friends did not despair and decided to establish the trust of Andy Tucker, Jefferson Peters and Satan. The partners develop cunning combinations, and the trust's cashbox is quickly filled with easy money, but noble swindlers always become victims of more shameless swindlers, therefore, the trust's cashbox is also quickly empty...
