The plot of the movie Three (movie 2020):
The action of the movie takes place in the late 70s of the last century in the Kazakh Soviet Union. In one of the cities of the republic there is a cruel maniac who kills and dismembers his victims. The search for such killers is always difficult, because there is often no clear motive for the crime, and the victims are not related to each other.
But one day in the police department addresses a citizen who saw a criminal who killed his girlfriend while he was hiding in the bushes. So Alexei Karazhanov falls into the field of vision of detectives.
However, the perpetrator turned out to have an alibi, and the witness to the murder committed suicide shortly after the statement. But Karazhanov soon gave himself away. One day at a drunken party, he boasted to his drinking companions of a severed female head.
The men were sobered up in a moment and went to the police. And when the detectives arrived at the place, they found a terrible discovery. In the house at Karazhanova were found stew from the meat of women killed by the maniac. However, the criminal himself manages to escape.
And soon young detective Sher Sadykov's sister goes missing. This forced the operatives to intensify their search and finally apprehend the murderer. However, instead of gratitude they were dismissed from the police. As it turned out for leaking information about a maniacal cannibal in the USSR, which was picked up by the Western media.
And Karazhanov was declared insane and sent for compulsory treatment in a mental hospital, from which he escaped after several years....
