Narrative:

The action of the seriesSt. Andrew's flag" is happening in our time. Vice-Admiral of the Baltic Fleet Grigory Sergeyevich Chernobaevsky is retiring. A hereditary naval officer, he devoted his conscious life to the fleet, which became his second family.

During the most difficult years for the country in the 1990s, when officers were leaving the army en masse, Grigory Chernobaevsky remained faithful to his duty and, despite the difficulties, was engaged in strengthening the fleet in the area entrusted to him.

However, as soon as the admiral retired, he was soon arrested by state security agencies on suspicion of stealing weapons during those very difficult 1990s for the country.

During this difficult time for the admiral, his entire family supports him: his wife Valentina, son Sergei, daughter Katya, daughter-in-law Irina and grandson Valerka. Together, they manage to prove that Admiral Chernobaevsky is an honest man.

An international criminal group operating in Kaliningrad for arms trafficking tried to blame all of their crimes on Grigory Sergeyevich and escape the punishment they deserved…
