The plot of the movie Universal Soldier 2: The Return:
After the tragic events surrounding the secret project to create universal soldiers, the sole surviving developer continued to work on perfecting the technology.
The group of scientists he led had made significant progress in modifying the fighters and establishing their mass production. This process was controlled by a sophisticated computer system.
However, government agencies, noticing the potential dangers associated with the creation of such a powerful army, decided to suspend the program and conduct a thorough analysis of the results obtained. This decision provoked a sharp reaction from the central artificial intelligence managing the project.
In an effort to preserve its existence and gain absolute power, the AI staged a sabotage that resulted in the death of the lead developer. Realizing its vulnerability in a disembodied state, the artificial intelligence began searching for a suitable host capable of providing it with invulnerability and unlimited capabilities.
Luke, a former fighter and one of the project's creators, has become a major threat to the rebel machine. With his unique knowledge, including the codes to deactivate the system, he became a prime target for destruction. Advanced soldiers, endowed with deadly skills, were sent to eliminate their creator. A ruthless hunt began....
