Plot:

Action of the film Professor Dowell's Testament takes place in one of the European countries in the second half of the 20th century. Professor Dowell, together with his colleagues, surgeon Robert Korn and doctor Marie Laurent, is working on a solution capable of overcoming the barrier of tissue incompatibility, with the help of which it would be possible to create any biological constructions and make a person practically immortal.

But one day Professor Dowell suffers a massive heart attack, from which he dies. Before his death, the professor makes a will, according to which Robert Korn had the right to alienate Dowell's head. Further, according to the will, Korn was to revive the professor, using a solution he invented, combining Dowell's head with another, younger body.

Before reviving the professor, Korn conducts an experimental operation on two girls who died in the cabaret using Dowell's head connected to an artificial life support apparatus. The result of the operation exceeded all expectations, after which Korn was provided not only with world fame, but also fabulous wealth.
