Plot of the film Winter Cherry 2:
The film takes place in the early 90s of the last century. Five years have passed since the events described in the first part. Olga married a successful American and went to live in the USA, and Vadim is trying to find himself in a new, rapidly changing country.
However, the unlost love for Olga and the constantly oppressive thought that now she was probably lost to him forever deprived Vadim of his last strength to fight for his place in the sun. And at home, his long-unloved wife was waiting for him, with whom they had practically nothing in common, except for the apartment, where they were forced to somehow communicate.
But one morning, a call rang in this very apartment, which made Vadim look to the future with greater hope. It was Olga, and although she did not say a word that she had arrived in Leningrad, Vadim felt it in his heart and immediately rushed to search for her...
