Narrative:

The action of the movie "Atlantis" takes place in 1914. After a long voyage, a ship brings a young meteorologist, Friend, to one of the remote islands lost in the ocean. The previous meteorologist, whom Friend arrived to replace, died, and the lighthouse keeper, Gruner, could not even produce his corpse or indicate his grave.

Now in Gruner's company, Friend is to spend a year on this deserted lake, measuring and logging wind directions and other climatic changes.

But one night, to his horror, Friend realized that the island was not as uninhabited as he had imagined. It was inhabited by strange humanoid creatures who came to the island from the ocean only at night.

Every night they and Grüner, barricaded in the lighthouse, fought off fierce attacks of unknown creatures, which each night became more and more fierce. And with each night he and Gruner had less and less ammunition, which meant that they could not hold the defense for long....
