Plot of the movie The Big Adventure (1985 film):

The film takes place in the mid-80s of the last century. Ivan Ivanovich, a tourist instructor at the Palace of Pioneers, saved a boy who had climbed a tree after a cat on his way to work, but when he was going down, he landed badly and broke his leg. Ivan Ivanovich ends up in the hospital, and 38 wonderful kids, the best members of the Palace of Pioneers' clubs, now had to give up their long-awaited trip and go home.

The big adventure was postponed for them indefinitely, but some of the boys decided not to postpone it and go on the hike themselves, especially since they had already received permission from their parents. In order for the hike to have its own purpose, one of the pioneers suggests that they go visit the legendary scout, Hero of the Soviet Union Vasily Sergeyev, who lives in the village of Graevo.

Having chosen a route, the guys set off on a journey where interesting people and extraordinary adventures awaited them, and even a detective story with real criminals...
