Narrative:
The film takes place in the early 1950s. Dozens of cars and buses have accumulated near the bus station on the Southern Pass.
They were all heading to the village of Vysokogornoye, but due to heavy snowfall the road through the pass turned out to be impassable.
However, among the truck drivers there was an “extra-prima-luxury driver” Fyodor Ivanovich, who knew the road through the pass well and volunteered to lead the column.
And after a short meeting, the column of cars under his leadership set off.
Among the passengers in the motorcade was State Security Captain Ivan Alekseevich, who was accompanying the enemy spy Reginald Snyders, whom he had detained.
Snyders was supposed to meet his agent at the pass, but the captain had disrupted the meeting and was now waiting for a retaliatory strike, since this agent was probably in the column...
