Action of the film If there is a war tomorrow takes place in the year 19.. The Soviet Union lives a peaceful life. After the enslavement of the entire peasantry through collective farms into slavery, after the monstrous famine of 1931-1933 and the mass repressions of 1937-1938, life, as they say, became better and more fun.
