Narrative:
The action of the movie "Vanished Empire" unfolds in 1973, in Moscow. The plot centers on friends Sergey Narbekov and Stepan Molodtsov - students of a pedagogical institute.
In this tandem, Sergei was the leading man. He was from a family of well-known archaeologists in the country, dressed well and enjoyed great success with girls. And when his friends became acquainted with fellow student Luda Beletskaya, it was Sergei who won the duel for her heart.
However, since Sergei could not miss a single skirt, his relationship with Luda soon broke down and the girl started a friendship with Stepan. Only now, Sergei realized that he loved Luda and that she was the only one he needed, but it was too late, she was already expecting a child from Stepan, and soon should have been, their wedding ...
