Narrative:
The action of the series "The Informer" takes place in our time. The main character Igor Kalinin left the police several years ago. He was a good operative and his boss tried to persuade him to stay, but Kalinin set the condition that he would return to the police only when he was exposed.mole", which operated in their department.
Now Kalinin worked as the head of security at a jewelry store, and it seemed he had already forgotten about his return to the authorities. But one day a situation occurred that made Kalinin remember this.
His 19-year-old daughter Vika met a wealthy young man, Timur, who showered the girl with expensive gifts. However, as it turned out, the young man was a thief, and sooner or later she had to pay for the gifts.
Having learned that Vika is friends with the wife of a successful businessman Spitsyn, Timur persuades her to help him and his accomplices break into the businessman's house. It is unknown how this matter would have ended for Vika if her new friends had not stolen the box in which, in addition to various gold trinkets, Spitsyn kept a secret flash drive.
Officially, Spitsyn was the owner of a furniture factory, but this was just a cover. His main business was contract killings, information about which Spitsyn kept on the ill-fated flash drive. This information could easily destroy Spitsyn and everyone associated with him, so he did not choose the means to get it back.
Spitsyn quickly found out through his channels who was the informant and who was the perpetrator, and Vika and her friends were in mortal danger. Only her father, with whom Vika had recently had a very difficult relationship, could help...
