Narrative:
The action of the series "The Last Battle" takes place in 1941. From the conveyor belt of the military plant goes experimental sample of the latest Soviet tank. Before entering the series the tank must be run-in, so the factory management decided to send it on its own to the Western border of the USSR.
This task is assigned to crew commander Lieutenant Mikhail Platov, military engineer Igor Runge and junior sergeant Bulkin. However, on the way, due to a collision with a power transmission tower, the tank malfunctions, stopping at the entrance to a small bridge.
At this time the Great Patriotic War begins and Platov receives orders from the command with all available forces and means to hold this bridge...
