Narrative:
The action of the movie "Holiday" takes place during the Great Patriotic War in besieged Leningrad. There is a catastrophic shortage of foodstuffs in the city, and the management is forced to constantly cut the daily norms of bread distribution.
But members of Georgiy Voskresensky's family didn't care about that, because he was a major scientist, so he was provided with rations of the highest order. If a crust of bread was a delicacy for most residents of the besieged city, the Voskresensky family had meat on the table every day.
In addition, a country house, servants, personal chauffeur - the highest benefits, which the Motherland generously bestowed Voskresensky, who worked on a new kind of biological weapons.
Despite the terrible events, the Voskresensky family is going to celebrate New Year's Eve in a close family circle. However, this time the New Year's Eve celebration was jeopardized because of two completely random guests Masha and Vitaly, because they had to somehow explain their "shameful" abundance, while keeping an important state secret....
