Narrative:

The action of the movie "The Alarms of the First Birds" takes place in the summer of 1944. The Red Army advances with battles to the West and the long-awaited peace comes to the territories liberated from the Germans. However, these first peaceful days are quite difficult for people who are unused to pre-war life.

Grigory Gorovoy worked as a teacher before the war, and during the war he worked as a partisan and then commanded a partisan detachment. Now Gorovoy was appointed secretary of the district committee. Gorovoy did not have a day's experience in economic work, and here it was necessary not just to manage, but to restore everything practically from scratch.
