Plot:

On April 25, 1945, a historic meeting on the Elbe Soviet and American troops, which meant not only the end of the war in Europe, but also the further development of relations between the countries and the post-war structure in Europe. Ordinary soldiers and officers sincerely rejoiced at such a meeting and rightly believed that the fight against the common enemy – fascism – would forever bring their countries closer together.

The city's appointed commandants thought the same: Major Kuzmin from the USSR and Major James Hill from the USA, divided by the Elbe into Soviet and American occupation zones. But the American intelligence services thought differently; for them, the war had not ended, but was just beginning.

Unlike the USSR, which wanted to build a new united and democratic Germany, the Americans in their occupation zone revived military factories and trained agents from among former SS members to carry out provocations and sabotage in the Soviet zone.

The American secret services showed particular interest in the German professor Otto Dietrich and his patents in the field of optical developments. With the help of the hardened war criminal Nazi Schrank, who was sent to the Soviet occupation zone under the guise of the anti-fascist Krause, the Americans decided to steal the documentation of Professor Dietrich and lure him into the American occupation zone…
