Narrative:
Action of the film Moscow is behind us takes place in the autumn of 1941. The Germans are desperately rushing towards Moscow, throwing their last reserves into battle, and the Red Army is in an alarming situation at the front. Meanwhile, the encircled Soviet troops are fighting fierce battles near Vyazma.
There were practically no more troops in the area from Vyazma to Moscow, and the Soviet command began to form a new army under the command of General Rokossovsky.
One of the first divisions of the army was the 316th rifle division of General Panfilov, formed in Kazakhstan. And although Panfilov's division had conducted divisional exercises, it was essentially still untested. However, Panfilov's fighters had a high fighting spirit and were eager to fight, because now they had nowhere to retreat, Moscow was behind them...
