Narrative:

The action of the film "Code of Dishonor" takes place in the early 90s of the last century. Despite the fact that the USSR is living out its last days, the CPSU continues to generously finance communist parties around the world.

Hundreds of billions of dollars are channeled through the Zurich branch of the Soviet state bank to the largest banks in Europe. A huge portion of these funds are stolen and end up in the accounts of major party officials, top KGB and state bank officials.

All attempts to uncover financial fraud with state money end in tears. During a financial inspection in Zurich, accountant Chugunov dies of a heart attack, and the chief accountant of the State Bank representative office, Kholin, is urgently evacuated to the Union.

His place is taken by the young and principled Rebrov, who pretends to accept the rules of the game, but secretly steals compromising materials and passes them on to the Union...
