Narrative:

The action of the film "Mom Got Married" takes place in the mid-60s. The main character of the film, seventeen-year-old Boris, grew up without a father and, after finishing school, went to work so as not to be a burden to his mother, who worked hard at a construction site. His father abandoned him and his mother many years ago, and now he has another family, and his mother has never remarried since then, devoting all her energy to raising her son.

But now the situation has changed, Boris has grown up and his mother should think about her own happiness. Victor, a simple construction worker like his mother, begins to court her. Having serious intentions towards Boris's mother, Victor tries to befriend him, but Boris rejects all of Victor's attempts to get closer to him.

Boris considered Victor a rogue who decided to settle down a bit in his old age and stick to some lonely woman who would feed him and do his laundry. He did not believe in the sincere feelings of Victor, who after his next paycheck went on sprees with his work buddies, and therefore, he was hostile to his courtship of his mother.

However, despite Boris's discontent, his mother married Victor, and Boris, taking a vacation from work, went to the village. But sooner or later the vacation ends, and Boris was forced to return home, which meant that he faced the same painful question, to accept or not to accept his mother's decision to marry Victor...
