Plot of the series Cop Wars Season 9:
After eliminating one of his main enemies, the chairman of the parliamentary anti-corruption committee Dubrovsky, Shilov leaves the police. With his wealth of experience and connections acquired over the years of working in criminal investigation department St. Petersburg. Shilov could easily apply for the position of head of security in a large company. Or a bank with a salary incomparably higher than the salary of a police lieutenant colonel.
But a well-fed and quiet life was not to Shilov's liking. A man with a heightened sense of justice and a natural fighter, for whom leaving the fight would mean defeat.
