Narrative:
The action of the movie "Ghost" takes place in the early 90's. Former sportsman-shooter Nikolai Grishaev receives news of the death of his brother Yuri, who worked as a fish inspector in a small village on the Volga. According to the official version of the investigation, Yuri Grishaev died as a result of an accident, drowning in the river, but in the village many believed that drowning helped him.
He who had come to attend his brother's funeral had no doubt about it, for the village lived under the harsh laws of the Taiga, and all power here belonged to the poachers who fished for sturgeon.
The district police and the prosecutor's office received their share of the illegal trade, therefore, to count on their help in an objective investigation was not necessary, and Nikolai decides to find the killer himself. However, to fight against a well-organized gang alone was practically suicide, and soon Nikolai repeats the fate of his brother.
His disfigured corpse was found in the river a month after his disappearance, but after Nikolai's funeral, his ghost appears in the village. Deathly frightened poachers said that they saw the living Nikolai, who came to their house at night....
