The plot of the TV series 1943 (TV series 2013):
1943It was marked by major victories of the Red Army at Stalingrad and other parts of the front, which forced the Germans to intensify terror in the occupied territories.
The fight against partisans and saboteurs in the deep rear became a priority for the leadership of the Third Reich, so the occupation authorities used any means and methods to fight the partisans, not reluctant to take hostages from among the civilians and shoot them in front of the inhabitants of the town or village.
But the insurgents acted differently now. Emotions were replaced by sober calculation, so instead of small sabotage and sabotage to the occupiers, they infiltrated the occupation authorities and were engaged in collecting important strategic information, which had a much greater effect on the victory than blowing up a German warehouse with potatoes.
It was especially important now that Hitler announced revenge for Stalingrad and was preparing a major summer offensive on one of the sections of the front. The plan of the offensive and the place of the main strike was developed in the regime of strict secrecy, and that would exclude the slightest leakage of information, the German secret services are preparing a major special operation.
The purpose of this operation, is to promote strategic disinformation to the Soviet command about conducting an offensive not at Kursk, but in Eastern Belorussia.
The operation was so secret that the intelligence services did not even inform the top leadership of the occupation government, which continued to fight the guerrillas furiously.
However, in this game, conceived by the Abwehr, the partisans and underground fighters, who did not understand the essence of the game, were hooked by the Germans and were their unwitting allies, transmitting to the center blatant disinformation, which the Germans skillfully fed them.
Nevertheless, the experience of partisan and subversive work, acquired by the underground for the years of war helped them to uncover the provocation planned by the Nazis ...
