Narrative:
The action of the movie "Without Special Risk" takes place in the early 80's of the last century. Declared in the all-union search for a particularly dangerous criminal Chebyshev is found in the city of Yalta. On his trail is put forward a task force of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department consisting of: Captain Yuri Granovsky, Senior Lieutenant Levon Avetisov and Lieutenant Victor Petrov.
The operatives were instructed to organize surveillance of Chebyshev in order to identify his possible accomplices.
