Narrative:

The action of the movie "Citizen Leshka" takes place in the 80s of the last century. The protagonist of the movie Leshka Ignatov, in his twenties traveled all over the vast country in search of a worthwhile case. Such a case that would be at the limit, that would break down, but to do.

These searches bring Leshka to Taiga, to the timber processing plant, where the young man immediately gets the position of the brigadier of the 14th brigade. At first, the young foreman's relationship with his older and experienced loggers did not go well, as they thought that Leshka could not bear the hardships and deprivations of taiga life and would run away.

But Leshka did not run away, he simply surprised the loggers with his energy and optimism and soon the 14th brigade became one of the best in the timber industry, and Brigadier Alexey Ignatov became the best brigadier. On this occasion, citizen Leshka was invited together with his farm director to television to participate in the program about the advanced workers of production.

However, returning from the forest to the city, Leshka learns that the trees they gave over the plan, all the warehouses are piled up and now they are just unloaded on the side of the road.
