Petrov and Vasechkin's Vacation. Story One: Hooligan
The most unpleasant news comes to the pioneer camp: a stranger is coming to visit them. hooligan nicknamed "Goose". At the council of the pioneer squad it was decided that the hooligan needed to be re-educated. And this means that he needs to be shown such care and affection that he would change his mind about hooliganism forever.
At this time, Vasya Petrov and Petya Vasechkin arrive at the camp for the holidays, whom the pioneers mistakenly take for the famous and scary "Goose". Vasechkin, of course, realized that he was taken for someone else, but the temptation to be at least a little hooligan took over, because Vasechkin was the smallest in the class and until now no one was afraid of him.
But the most important thing is that Vasechkin and Petrov were now spoiled by such attention that they had never dreamed of before. However, very soon, they got tired of this excessive attention and other people's "glory", so the guys decided to confess everything. But now no one believes them, believing that they have embarked on the path of re-education.
And at this time a real “Goose” arrives at the camp...
Petrov and Vasechkin's Vacation. Story Two: The Knight
Inspired by the novel about Don Quixote, Vasechkin decides to become a knight without fear and reproach, to perform feats for the sake of Masha Startseva. Together with his inseparable friend Petrov, Vasechkin escapes from the camp and begins to realize his dream.
Like his idol Don Quixote, Vasechkin engages in single combat with a mill, “defends” a shepherd of sheep from a wolf, fights a bull, and rushes to save a mountain climber. But Vasechkin’s “feats” did not always end successfully, but no one is immune to mistakes and miscalculations on the path to glory. But the most important thing is to have such a loyal friend as Vasya Petrov nearby…
