Narrative:

The action of the movie "Feedback" takes place in the late 70's of the last century. At an extraordinary plenum of the Novogurinsk City Party Committee a new first secretary Leonid Sakulin is elected.

Young and ambitious Sakulin came to the party work from the construction industry, and who, if not a builder to entrust the city at a time when Novogurinsk is in full swing construction of a large petrochemical plant, and before the early opening of the first branch was just over a month away.

However, having familiarized himself with the cases in detail, and first of all with the report of the economist of the plant Vyaznikova, Sakulin realized that the construction of the plant was not going well.
