Narrative:
The action of the film "Caution! Red Mercury!" takes place in the mid-90s of the last century. After the collapse of the USSR, a difficult socio-economic situation developed in independent Ukraine, as in all former republics of the once great country.
Taking advantage of this, and the fact that the law enforcement system has not yet been formed, organized crime groups have established sales of strategic raw materials, including military ones, to the West.
