Narrative:

The action of the movie Plumbum, or a dangerous game takes place in the mid-1980s. In a small town near Moscow, police officers detain a group of teenagers who have committed a robbery of a kiosk. The operatives are led on the trail of the hooligans by their agent, a very gifted fifteen-year-old teenager with the operative alias "Plumbum"Ruslan Chutko, who managed to infiltrate a group of juvenile hooligans.

Recently, the same hooligan took away a Japanese cassette recorder from Ruslan right on the street. He was physically and morally stronger than Ruslan, so he took away the tape recorder without any resistance from Chutko. This incident strongly influenced Ruslan's decision to choose his future profession. Ruslan dreams not only to find and punish his offender, but also to eradicate evil in a provincial town.

But to work in the police, "Plumbum" was too young, so he decides to help the police on a voluntary basis, helping to detain a particularly dangerous recidivist who is wanted, leads operatives to the brothel of homeless people and even participates in the capture of fishermen-poachers, among whom is his father.
