Plot of the film Investigation led by ZnaToKi (Case No. 1: Black broker):
The film takes place in the early 1970s. A group of plunderers of socialist property led by store manager Mikhail Borisovich Shakhov is in the dock. Unexpectedly for everyone, the defendants all as one renounce their previous testimony given during the investigation against store manager Shakhov.
Now the defendants unanimously claimed that Shakhov was in no way involved in the thefts from the store, and that the accountant Konstantin Shutikov, who had run away somewhere and hid from the investigation, was in charge of everything. Based on this new testimony, the court was forced to release Shakhov from custody and send the case itself for further investigation to the OBKhSS (police department for combating theft of socialist property).
This case was handled by the investigative group of Major Znamensky, which was nicknamed the experts in the department. The ZnaToKi (from the first syllables of the detectives' surnames: Znamensky, Tomin and Kibrit) did not doubt for a minute the guilt of the store manager Shakhov, nor that his accomplices had not simply placed the blame on the missing Shutikov.
This means that the criminals were sure that Shutikov would remain silent, and he would remain silent only if he was dead. Now the detectives were faced with the task of finding the escaped accountant Shutikov before Shakhov and his accomplices, who remained at large.
Investigating this case, ZnaToKi find themselves on the trail of a certain “Black Broker”, a swindler and currency dealer known since pre-war times, who, by a strange coincidence, turns out to be a relative of the store manager Shakhov…

Страсть как люблю смотреть советские детективы! И конечно же самый любимый сериал про знатоков!
Жаль, что в свое время не передушили этих всех расхитителей. В итоге они победили и разорвали СССР на части, на сферы влияния
Черный маклер, это вроде тот кто торгует недвижимостью с нарушением закона. А разве в СССР были сделки с недвижимостью?
А чего фильм черно-белый, что в 1972 году не было цветных пленок? Ладно фильм про Штирлица сняли черно-белым, потому что как должно было совпадать с документальной хроникой, а тут чего, опять экономия денег?
