The plot of the movie Investigation leads ZnatoKi (Case #17: He's around here somewhere):

On the highway outside the city there is an accident, which kills the driver Anatoly Artamonov, in whose car was found a large sum of money in the amount of twenty thousand rubles.

This last circumstance interested the State Automobile Inspectorate officers who arrived at the scene of the accident, so, soon the MUR operative-investigative group of ZnaToKs: Major Znamensky, Major Tomin and Captain Kibrit.

The expert examination established that there was no crime in Artamonov's death, his death was the result of an accident, but the diplomat with money found in his car remained a mystery for the investigation.

Where did a simple office clerk with a modest income get such money, and this is not taking into account the prestigious car "Volga", which Artamonov bought shortly before the tragedy?
