Lloyd was a limousine driver. That day he was driving a high society girl, Mary Swanson, to the airport. As soon as Lloyd saw Mary, he was stunned and fell in love. On the way to the airport, Lloyd tried his best to please Mary. He told her that he was working as a driver temporarily, and that he and his friends were going to open a worm store for fishing. Mary, in turn, said that she lived in Aspen.

After seeing Mary to the airport doors, Lloyd was about to leave when he suddenly saw that his beloved had forgotten a small suitcase near the escalator. At this moment, Lloyd's limousine hits the car in front of him. Freed from the airbag, Lloyd quickly rushes to the airport and picks up the suitcase that Mary left right in front of the two criminals.

Lloyd did not know and could not know that this suitcase contained the ransom for Mary's husband, who had been kidnapped by unknown persons. Therefore, he sincerely tries to catch up with Mary and return the suitcase she "forgot" but does not have time. The friends spend the whole next day looking for work, but all to no avail. Therefore, Lloyd persuades Harry to go to Aspen to Mary, because she is a girl with money and, due to "old friendship", will help them enter society.

Harry readily agrees, and they set off. The criminals follow them. Their boss, Nicholas Andre, a close friend of the Swanson family, advises not to kill Harry and Lloyd right away, because they could be FBI agents. Having found out that they are just two idiots, the criminals decide to act.

But killing two unpredictable idiots turns out to be much more difficult than killing smart professionals, so Lloyd and Harry, without even realizing it, easily get out of various difficult situations and safely arrive in Aspen.

But in Aspen, a conflict arises between the friends. They are left without money and a roof over their heads, and most importantly, they have no idea where to look for Mary, because Lloyd does not know her last name or the address where she lives.

In despair, Harry throws away the cursed suitcase that caused their quarrel, but when it opened, the friends were stunned with joy: after all, there was a lot of money in the suitcase. Having decided that they have the right to spend "a little" of Mary's money, the friends rush to throw money, and soon only IOUs remain from the million dollars in the suitcase.

Without realizing it, Lloyd and Harry completely upset the gangsters who kidnapped Mary's husband and put the kidnappers on the FBI's trail...
