Narrative:

The action of the film "Street of Youth" takes place in the mid-50s of the last century. In a large city, construction of a new microdistrict begins. Hundreds of village girls and boys from vocational schools come to work at the construction site. New brigades are created, between which socialist competition unfolds.

However, behind the dry figures of the indicators, there are real people with problems and adversity. All this had a negative impact on labor productivity, so Komsomol organizer Sergei Nazarenko faces a very difficult task: to find his key to the soul of each worker. One of them, Ivan Kravchuk, cannot find his place in the team, he is in love with Klava Brovchenko, and the girl does not reciprocate his feelings...
