Action of the film To the beautiful ladies! takes place in the late 80s in Russia, during the late perestroika period. Five classmates: Vera, Lyuba, Tanya, Nadya and Ira graduated from school four years ago and made a vow to each other: not to go to college and to gather every year on Knowledge Day to share their financial successes.
That year, the girlfriends were unable to get together on September 1st, so the gathering was announced for Christmas. But changing the date of the bachelorette party had its negative consequences: two armed gangsters burst into Vera's apartment, where the ladies had gathered. They ordered the women to line up and take off all their jewelry.
The frightened ladies followed the robbers' orders and gave them their expensive jewelry without much argument. Only Tanya, who was a little late for the party, flatly refused to take off her gold jewelry. The unusual situation forced her to tell the truth: unlike her friends, she was studying at the institute, and she had borrowed all the jewelry from her friends.
The criminals threaten to kill Tanya, but she stubbornly stands her ground. The matter was complicated for the robbers by the fact that Tanya brought her fiancé with her as a security guard, who was behind the door, in the entryway. Realizing that the fiancé-security guard was not going to leave his post, the robbers decided to have a few drinks and a snack, since the table was groaning with scarce drinks and food.

After drinking a little, the crooks invited the ladies to join them and toasts began to flow around the table: "To the beautiful ladies!" The ladies also realized that the way to a man's heart is not only through his stomach, but also through other vital organs, and decided to soften the harsh robbers in this way.
The first to melt was the gang leader Victor, who allowed himself to be carried away by the beauty Irina into a separate room, and after a love session the "bump" was so moved that he returned Ira's trinkets. Having learned about this, Vera and Nadya decided that they too could try to return their trinkets in the same sexual way. This time Vera secluded herself with another raider Gena. At this time Nadya decided to seduce the commander, but Vera appeared in the room and stunned everyone with the bitter truth.
It turns out that Gena, who had melted with love, told her in secret that Lyuba had hired him and Viktor. When the truth came out, Lyuba confessed that she was haunted by Vera's diamond earrings, which she flatly refused to sell. Lyuba also told about the gang leader, that he was not a repeat offender, but a simple engineer from the institute. This confession hurt the zealous guardian of the criminal law Gena, who not only mistook a simple sucker for a thief, but also went on a job with him.
True, Vera managed to bewitch Gena, and he began to think about giving up his thief career altogether. Soon the robbers and their victims were sitting at the festive table again and laughingly recalling this funny adventure, agreeing to definitely get together in a year to celebrate the anniversary of their friendship, which began in such an unusual way. And again toasts began to be made at the table: "To the beautiful ladies!"...
