Narrative:
Action of the film Double strike unfolds in Hong Kong In the mid-1970s, successful businessman Paul Wagner and his partner Nigel Griffith completed the construction of the Victoria Harbor Tunnel.
After the grand opening of the tunnel, Paul, his wife and two young twin sons head home. In a great mood, he lets go of his friend and bodyguard, Frank Emary, who never left his friend and boss.
But Paul was not destined to get home, an ambush of armed thugs awaited him on the road, he barely managed to inform Frank about the attack. In a shootout with the bandits, Paul and his wife die. The maid manages to take one baby and escape. Frank managed to save the second baby, who came to the rescue.
While running away with the baby, he saw Griffith in the bushes in the company of the famous mafioso Zeng, who demanded that his charges catch up and kill Wagner's children as possible heirs. But Frank managed to escape from his pursuers and leave with the baby for the United States. The frightened maid left the second baby near the entrance to the orphanage...

California, USA, twenty-five years later. Frank and Chad Wagner are co-owners of a sports club, where Chad works as a karate instructor. One day, Frank receives news through his channels about Alex, the twin brother of his protégé Chad. Frank, without telling Chad anything about his brother, suggests that he go to Hong Kong on business. Chad is not very keen on this idea, because they have a club and need to work. But Frank still manages to persuade Chad.
Chad's brother Alex was a well-known smuggler in Hong Kong and had his own small restaurant. It was in this restaurant that Chad first met his brother, which almost ended badly for him. Danielle, Alex's girlfriend, mistook Chad for Alex and began flirting with him, and Alex, who showed up in time, knocked out his brother with a blow to the head.
Frank, who came to the rescue in time, tells the two guys, who were initially taken aback by the fact that they looked like two peas in a pod, that they are twin brothers. Frank also tells the guys that many years ago their father began to build a tunnel. But soon after the start of construction, the company begins to have financial problems. And Paul Wagner takes Griffith as a partner, who took a huge loan from the local mafioso Zeng for further construction. After the tunnel was completed, Griffith decided to get rid of Wagner with the help of Zeng.
But Danielle, Alex's girlfriend, doesn't believe it, she's been working for Griffith for five years now, and is convinced of his reputation as an honest businessman. But one day she finally manages to find documents that expose Griffith's connections with the mafia. She barely manages to escape from Griffith, who has been following her for a long time.
However, Griffith and Zeng managed to locate the Wagner brothers, Daniel and Frank. And soon they took Daniel and Frank hostage. This fact united Chad and Alex like never before, and they deal the enemy a crushing double blow...
