Narrative:
The action of the film "Blue Patrol" takes place in the early 80s of the last century. A new fisheries inspector Andrei Gromov arrives in a fishing village.
В это время на лимане орудует банда браконьеров, с которой одному, даже самому честному и смелому рыбинспектору справиться было не под силу, а местное население в основном симпатизировало «рыбакам» — так называли в поселке браконьеров.
Then Gromov decides to enlist the help of local pioneers. But help is not the main reason why Gromov tries to find contact with the guys, first of all he tries to cultivate in them a sense of justice and a desire to defend it...
