Plot:
The action of the film "When They Become Adults" takes place in the early 80s of the last century in a small provincial town.
Volodya Kuznetsov, a sixth-grade electrician, leaves the plant and goes to work as a foreman at an electromechanical vocational school. He decided to enroll in a correspondence course at the institute, and since working as a foreman at a vocational school would leave him with more free time, the decision to leave the plant seemed entirely justified.
From the very beginning of his new job, Volodya believed that his main task as a master was to teach students how to assemble boards. But everything turned out to be not so simple, because children are very vulnerable when they become adults, and each of them needs a special approach...
