Narrative:
The action of the movie "Inhabited Island 2" takes place in 2157. As a result of a spaceship crash, the earthling Maxim Kammerer finds himself on the inhabited planet Saraksh, where he gets acquainted with the local guard Gai and her sister Rada.
But friendship and love Maxim does not bring joy, because in the country, whose citizens were his new friends, reigned cruel injustice. The elite that seized power, calling themselves the "Unknown Fathers", was steeped in corruption and theft, and ensured the obedience of the people with the help of special emitters that zombified people.
It is true that not all the people of this country succumbed to deception, but they were an overwhelming minority: they were called "freaks". The action of the emitters gave the "freaks" severe physical pain, but had no zombifying effect on them.
Maxim, who now had no way to return to Earth, decided to help his new friends and change the world. In his struggle he finds allies among the underground "freaks", but as it turned out, there was no unity in their ranks. Many "freaks" wanted to keep the emitters, so that if they came to power, they could use them for their own purposes.
Then Maxim decides to turn for help to the external enemies of the country of "Unknown Fathers" mutants and barbarians. But even here he finds no support. The mutants were too weak, and the barbarians too far away, and in order for the barbarians to come to the rescue, they needed to provide a corridor through the territory of the mutants, and they feared that the barbarians will kill them.
At the same time, in the country of the Unknown Fathers, two rival factions are opening up on Maxim, because he was the only person on whom the emitters had no effect. Besides he was physically unusually strong, brave, childishly naive. And most importantly, that the achievements of the Earthlings in the field of using the hidden capabilities of the body, made him virtually invulnerable even against weapons...
