Narrative:

On September 4, 1986, the Soviet nuclear submarine K-219 set out on combat duty to the shores of the United States. This was the thirteenth voyage of the Soviet nuclear cruiser, but the number, always considered unlucky in Russia, did not frighten the Soviet sailors, who were not known for their superstitions.

However, the K-219 submarine that set out on its last voyage was not 100% ready for operation; as soon as it left its home port, one of the missile silos developed a leak, but the officer responsible for missile weapons did not dare to report the malfunction, fearing responsibility for the failure of an important state mission.

Such carelessness turns into a real disaster for the K-291 crew. The submarine, which has two nuclear reactors on board, dozens of missiles with nuclear warheads with a total capacity of more than three hundred Hiroshimas, could become the detonator of a war to destroy humanity...
